Miaowan Island | The most beautiful bay in Guangdong with a glass sea

Recommended for short trips around Shenzhen and Guangzhou, especially during holidays An island yet to be officially developed, it boasts the best water quality in Guangdong 💛Miaowan Island Getting there: You need to make a reservation with the islanders for a speedboat transfer 800-1200 RMB per person (includes round-trip + one tent) First, take a boat from Shekou in Shenzhen to Wailingding Island in Zhuhai, then transfer to a speedboat from Wailingding 🛥️ (be sure to contact the islanders to book in advance) Activities: Snorkeling + sea foraging + mountain climbing There are two beaches 🏖️ with very good water quality and stunning colors When the sun is out, the visibility in the sea is extremely high, so bring your own snorkeling mask and breathing tube to directly observe the corals on the reefs and various marine creatures. Accommodation: Pristine natural environment ⛺️ Not recommended for those who are particular about accommodation. There are no hotels on the island, only some houses owned by the islanders, or you can bring a tent to stay in. You can set up your tent on the beach or on the rooftops. Despite the strong sunlight, the wind on the island is very strong, so it doesn't feel hot at all, but be sure to apply sunscreen thoroughly; even fully protected, I still got several shades darker.
