It was actually a bit late to go there at the end of December. From what others have shared, the flowers were in full bloom in November. I didn't have high expectations before I went there, but it was actually quite beautiful. The weather was very comfortable, and many people were having picnics and barbecues on the lawn. There were also some food trucks, and the atmosphere was quite good. Unfortunately, I went there alone, so I didn't stay too long.
