Yunnan Red Wine Tour---Fengqing
When it comes to tea in Yunnan, the Dianhong tea created by our Han ancestors is as famous as the Pu'er tea created by the Pu people (Blang, De'ang and Wa). The tea has specific appearance specifications, a heavy body and a uniform color. After brewing, the soup is bright red with a prominent golden ring, a fresh aroma, a strong and stimulating taste, and the leaf bottom is bright red. Even with milk, it still has a strong tea flavor. It is bright brown, pink or turmeric, and is characterized by being rich, strong and fresh. Fengqing is the world-famous hometown of Yunnan black tea.
At first I told Pang Rong what was the point of going to the hometown of black tea. Maybe the fat guy thought I was ignorant or maybe it was the only way, but in any case I still arrived in Fengqing. However, I am very glad that I did not miss this treasure county!
I can't wait to recommend this hotel. In such a small county, except for Wyndham, this hotel is definitely the most cost-effective one 👑---Ma Ling Hotel.
The hotel is located opposite the ancient town of Lushi, in the middle of a busy market street. In the morning and evening, you can see herdsmen driving cattle and horses through the street. There are small shops on both sides of the street, and the atmosphere is full of life. Standing on the road and looking down, the three streets and seven alleys are the ancient town of Lushi, an important node on the Ancient Tea-Horse Road. I guess this is why the hotel is named "Ma Ling".
The hotel was newly built in 2014, and the public leisure area is spacious, where you can read, taste wine and drink coffee, and the tea tasting area is naturally larger. The huge suspended windowsill faces the mountains and is surrounded by mist, making the hotel seem to be in the clouds.
The rooms are fully intelligent and spacious, making them a good choice for both business and leisure travel. The black tea in the room is also a highlight. After you are tired of visiting the ancient town, it is also a good choice to go back to your room to drink tea and listen to music!
The ancient town of Lushi is located deep in the mountains, with few tourists. Friends who like bustling crowds will not choose this place. It is recommended to friends who like quiet and secluded places. The three streets symbolize "heaven, earth, and man", the seven alleys represent the seven stars facing the Big Dipper, and the bluestone road surface is covered with horse hoof prints, recording the historical traces of the horse caravans' exchanges. A long history, quaint buildings, quiet streets, fresh air, simple folk customs, and the tranquility of time standing still are what a simple life looks like!
In the eyes of travelers, this place is really a niche, but for tea drinkers, Fengqing is well-known. There are tea trees that are more than 1,000 years older than Qin Shihuang👑, as well as the site of a century-old tea plantation, a vast tea garden of hundreds of acres, and a quiet village...
Gumo Village
The sun shines through the century-old branches, and the weathered stone walls intersect with the wild flowers, creating mottled light and shadows. There are clusters of walnut trees, which are bare at this time of year, adding an elegant touch. There are many stalls selling local fruits at the entrance of the village. The oranges and strawberries are very delicious. Stopping in Gu Mo makes time stand still!
Little Fengqing, a dialogue with tea started vigorously. The more he drank, the stronger the tea became. The more he looked at the people, the cuter they became. It was a journey of "golden silkworm"...
