The cherry blossom trees in the park were in full bloom, with delicate pink petals gently falling in the breeze, adding a layer of romance to the stunning scenery of Mount Fuji. I strolled along the park's paths, surrounded by cherry blossoms. On the lawns beneath the trees, many visitors were enjoying the spring sunshine, taking photos, or quietly savoring the beauty. Every time I looked up at Mount Fuji, I felt a sense of awe. The iconic Japanese peak and the blooming cherry blossoms formed a perfect contrast, showcasing the endless charm of nature. In a corner of the park, I found an ideal spot to sit down and enjoy my bento. In such a beautiful setting, the food seemed even more delicious. The fragrance of the cherry blossoms and the grandeur of Mount Fuji intertwined, making me feel incredibly content. This journey from Tokyo to Asama Park allowed me to deeply appreciate the perfect combination of cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji. Every moment made me feel happy, and such beautiful scenery will forever remain in my memory, becoming my most cherished travel recollection. We spent a night at Kawaguchiko to view Mount Fuji. Booked Hotel Kaneyamaen and it really didn’t disappoint. Hotel staff is very friendly and staff is all dressed in Kimono, giving the Japanese vibe. The hotel is huge, there is a garden with lake, wine lounge, spacious lobby and public onsen. You can spend a whole day here. We booked the Sanri room that comes with a private open air onsen with the view of Mount Fuji and the room is very spacious. Love the bay window that overlooks the Mount Fuji. There is a drum show every night at the hotel lobby and it is a nice entertainment for their guests. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast and kaiseki dinner. Dinner is sumptuous and service is great. For the breakfast, there is a wide spread of food ranging from soba, udon, sashimi, origiri, chawanmushi, warabimochi and many more.
