This is the 'gourmet udon' made by the best udon master who received direct training from Ogataya, the originator of Japanese Sanuki udon.
Since the bukkake udon takes about 20 minutes to boil, I ordered the gourmet Tokyo-style udon.
The deep flavor of the soy sauce broth, the chewy noodles, and the fish cake that comes in just when you're feeling sad were great.
Plus, there's curry on the side, so you can eat your fill.
