72 Hours in Chattanooga: A Perfect Weekend Getaway!
72 Hours in Chattanooga: A Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Day 1:
We kicked off our Chattanooga adventure with a stay at Tru by Hilton, right in the heart of the city. After checking in, we headed straight to Ruby Falls, an incredible underground waterfall that left us absolutely speechless! Later, we treated ourselves to the famous Clumpies Ice Cream — trust me, it’s a must-try! We continued exploring at Point Park, soaking in the rich history of the Battles of Chattanooga, and wrapped up the day wandering the charming Chattanooga Choo Choo District. For dinner, we dined at The STIR, where the vibe was amazing and the breakfast the next morning was even better!
Day 2:
Our second day was all about iconic Chattanooga sights. We started early with a stroll across the historic Walnut Street Bridge, one of the longest pedestrian bridges in the world. Then we wandered through the whimsical Rock City Gardens and took in breathtaking views from Lookout Mountain. We circled back to the Walnut Street Bridge for sunset and ended the day feasting on fresh seafood at The Juicy Crab — so delicious!
Day 3:
On our final morning, we relaxed by the riverfront at Ross’s Landing, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. After a hearty breakfast at Cracker Barrel, we explored the lively Coolidge Park, complete with its beautiful carousel and scenic river views — a perfect spot to wrap up our trip.
