#passionpassport Originally built for the 1933 Chicago World's Fair, these five historic Century of Progress Homes are part of the Indiana Dunes National Park. Tours of these fully or partially restored homes are available by reservation only one day each October. Visitors have the opportunity to view each of the five homes: the Cypress Log Cabin, the House of Tomorrow, Florida Tropical, Armco Ferro, and the Wieboldt-Rostone house. #passionpassport The Dune Ridge Trail offers great views of the extensive wetlands and forests south of this tall, forested dune. The different habitats you'll see along the trail help make Indiana Dunes National Park one of the top five most biologically diverse of all the national parks. This trail is short and easy, and it’s .75 miles and takes around 30-45 min to cover it. It’s a loop trail so you get to the location it starts. Parking is big and can park many vehicles. Trail is green and there are many insects, Birds come across the the trails. There are many flora fauna available in the way. #passionpassport Diana of Dunes Dare hike is located in Indiana Dunes National Park. It is near the west beach and one of the most famous part of the National Park. This hike starts at the West Beach Parking Area and have many wooden stairs which looks beautiful and challenging. There is also a part where sand path is there which makes this hike a interesting and fun. Hike is easy and take 15-20 min to complete. Hike ends at west beach, which is most famous beach in Indiana Dunes National Park.
