DAY1: Loch Lomond and Mount Drossies National Park -> Gillen Castle Ruins -> Oban Pier -> Carnarvon Beach -> Ancient St. Columbus Cathedral -> Mysterious Kilmartin Gorge Stone Forest
🏞️On the first day, we will tour Loch Lomond, experience the magnificence of Mount Drossies National Park, and visit the ancient ruins of Gillen Castle. In the afternoon, we headed to Oban Pier to feel the sea breeze, and then relaxed on Carnarvon Beach. We will then visit the historic St. Columbus Cathedral and explore the unique rock formations of Kilmartin Gorge.
DAY2: Visit Ardnahoe Distillery -> Bowmore Distillery -> Bunnahabhain Distillery
🥃On the second day, we explored the whisky culture of Islay in depth, visited and tasted the unique flavors of the three traditional whisky distilleries: Ardnahoe, Bowmore and Bunnahabhain.
DAY3: Ardbeg Distillery -> Laphroaig Distillery Tasting Tour -> Kildarton Cross Ancient Site
🥂On the third day, we will continue to explore the whisky culture. We will visit the two whisky distilleries, Ardbeg and Laphroaig, and taste their classic wines. Afterwards, we will visit the Kildaton Cross and experience the ancient religious atmosphere.
DAY4: Inveraray Castle -> Inveraray Clock Tower -> Inveraray Prison -> Thanks for the rest viewing platform -> Loch Lomond
🏰On the last day, we visited Inveraray Castle and listened to the echoes of history, followed by a visit to Inveraray Clock Tower and the ancient Inveraray Gaol. In the afternoon, we will head to the Thanksgiving Viewing Platform to overlook the magnificent Loch Lomond and end this informative journey.
