Authentic handmade soba noodles that will warm you up, perfect for winter!
Introducing "Minekyuan" which has been loved by many people for a long time 🍲
On the way back from a drive with my family, we went to a restaurant that serves authentic handmade soba noodles that we had been curious about for a long time!
We ordered:
・Nabeyaki Udon
・Kamonanban Soba
・Curry Nanban Soba and Mini Tendon Set
The buckwheat flour is the best flour from Horokanai, Hokkaido,
and the wheat flour for the binder and udon is also domestically produced,
so I got the impression that they are very particular about their ingredients ✨
The taste is 28% buckwheat flour, which has a firm bite,
while the flavor of the buckwheat is fragrant, and the harmony with the umami of the duck is perfect for this season.
The fried udon noodles are topped with shrimp tempura,
and are very voluminous.
The curry nanban was a bit spicy,
but we kept eating them 🤤
The restaurant was a wonderful place with a focus on space, with an atmosphere of a good old-fashioned restaurant.
From a large banquet hall for 100 people to a counter seating for one person,
they can accommodate a variety of needs!
This time I visited at night, but the "Daimyozen" lunch, which is limited to 10 meals on weekdays, is only 1,000 yen, even though it looks gorgeous and has a lot of items! I'd like to come for lunch next time☺️
If you're in the area, I highly recommend it❣️
