Discover the Magic of The Land of Legends in Turkey
Visiting The Land of Legends theme park in Turkey during the off-peak season, particularly in late December near Christmas, can be a delightful experience, especially for families with young children. We took the hotel shuttle and arrived at the park by 2 PM, leaving by 6:30 PM. Although the water attractions were closed, the park offered plenty of activities for our 4-year-old to enjoy over the four and a half hours we spent there.
Upon arrival, we headed straight to the dolphin show, which was both spectacular and intimate due to the smaller crowds. The atmosphere was fantastic, making it a must-see. After the show, we strolled around and made our way to the Masha and the Bear theater at 3 PM. The interactive performance, complete with bubbles and snowflakes, captivated our child for over 20 minutes.
Post-show, we enjoyed various child-friendly rides such as the Ferris wheel, drop tower, carousel, hot air balloon, and flying carpet. With no queues, we could ride each attraction twice, even if we were the only ones there. We also found time to grab a bite to eat.
The park also featured dance performances, and due to the low attendance, our child was invited to join in, enhancing the overall experience. The evening fountain and light shows were a visual treat, especially with the Christmas-themed displays adding to the festive atmosphere.
Overall, our visit to The Land of Legends was a pleasant surprise, offering a rich experience for our child despite many attractions being closed. For those visiting without children, the experience might be less engaging, but the beautifully lit avenue is enjoyable for all ages. However, be prepared for the high prices of goods inside the park.
