The Empire Cinema is located in the 5 star rating resort, The Empire Brunei. It recently showing Avatar The Way Of Water. I went to Cinema III for the movie. The theatre is well maintained and the environment is clean. You can get a big pop corn and soft drinks at counter, for the snacks while enjoy your movie time. Suggest to bring along your jacket, as you might feel cold in the theatre.

Calm and quiet place for relaxing.
A small but beautiful beach that gives you the solitude to reflect, and fantasize, especially during sunset. Definitely worth to go with friends and families.

The hotel staff were fluent in English and provided great service. They were helpful in planning a day trip for us to see the Proboscis monkeys, which can only be found in Borneo.
Hotel was facing the South China Sea and the view was lovely. The hotel was huge and so was our room! On days when we were lazy to walk from our room to the hotel lobby, the hotel staff actually picked us up to get to the main lobby.
When staying in Brunei, do hire a personal driver as they don’t really have a good transport system. Our personal driver provided by the hotel was friendly and patient.
One thing to take note of is that the Malls in Brunei are quite boring. Don’t expect to see any luxury brands. Malls were mainly occupied by supermarkets and small shops that sells fake branded goods.
Food in Brunei was pretty ok but hella cheap. We did not spend more than Rm10 a person for each meal. 👍🏻
Overall, Brunei is a pretty relaxing place

[Imperial
[Imperial Hotel]
Imperial Hotel is the only 6-star hotel in the whole of the city. In Brunei, a pocket country with a land area of only 5,765 square kilometers, this seaside resort covers an area of 180 hectares. Of course, the most beautiful coastline is not here, and it was originally the palace of the Four Emperors of Brunei. The hotel has 360 spacious rooms and 63 luxury suites and villas. Come here for a night and feel the luxury quality of the royal family is also a very special experience.
[Imperial Hotel Sunset]
Imperial Hotel has the most beautiful coastline of the full text, so he also has the most beautiful Sunset view. Here, you can quietly appreciate, you can also design a lot of styling shooting silhouette... That day is here, the fire still remembers, I sat with the accompanying friends on the shore playing ukulele singing songs, always Singing that the sun slipped out of the sea level...

Visa-free travel to the mysterious and unique Brunei Empire Hotel
The Empire Hotel in Brunei was built in 2000 for APEC and is a super large luxury resort. The hotel has more than 600 rooms and is the royal hotel of the Brunei royal family. It is said that the imperial suite is more than 600 square meters, with gold laid in many places. We did not stay at the Empire Hotel, but went there for lunch. The Empire Hotel is by the sea and covers a large area. There are coconut groves, lawns, water surfaces, and leisure huts everywhere, and you can hardly see anyone. There is a golf course and several saltwater and freshwater swimming pools. We had lunch at a buffet restaurant facing the South China Sea. It is a halal restaurant where you can eat Chinese stir-fried dishes and various pastries, and there is a wide variety of fruits. That day, we took a bus to the Brunei Palace, which is only open to the public on the Sultan's birthday. Tourists can also arrange their itinerary to enter the palace for free and receive the Sultan's blessings and red envelopes. We took a private car parked on the side of the road to the Empire Hotel. We asked the hotel front desk to call a taxi for the return trip. The Empire Hotel is more than 20 kilometers away from Brunei International Airport and not far from the center of the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan. Brunei is smaller than Shanghai, with a population of about 500,000. Brunei has its own currency, and Singapore dollars are also commonly used, with an exchange rate of 1:1. You can book the Empire Hotel on Trip.com.

A Luxurious Stay at The Empire Brunei
#getgoing2025
During my solo trip to Brunei, I stayed at The Empire Brunei, and it was an unforgettable experience!
From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the opulent and grandiose interior. The hotel feels like a palace, with stunning chandeliers, marble floors, and intricate details everywhere. It truly offers a sense of luxury and elegance from start to finish.
The room was equally impressive, with a spacious layout, a plush king-sized bed, and a beautifully designed bathroom. The attention to detail was impeccable, and everything from the decor to the amenities made my stay feel extra special. The view from the room was stunning too, with a beautiful outlook over the ocean and lush greenery. It was the perfect retreat for some relaxation and luxury.
Why you should stay at The Empire Brunei:
Extravagant and elegant interior that makes you feel like royalty
Beautifully designed rooms with exceptional amenities

Brunei: Not Boring at All! You Can Even See Crocodiles by the Sea!
I found a cheap flight with a layover in Brunei. Chinese passport holders can get a visa on arrival or a 72-hour transit visa, so I decided to take a stroll around Brunei. I was surprised by how chill and fun it was. A day of city walking was just right.
🌞 Have breakfast in the morning, then start your tour.
Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque 🕌️—Wu Chun's Bake Culture Bakery 🍞—The commercial street around BC. You can have lunch there. There are many options, including Chinese, Pakistani, Indian, and Malaysian food.
🕛 You can take a break at noon because it's a bit hot, then start the next leg of your journey.
Sultan Memorial Hall 🏛️—Water Village 🏡—Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque 🕌️. By then, it will be almost afternoon.
🌅 Go to the beach near the Empire Hotel in the evening.
You can go to the seafood market 🦐—then take a city walk along the beach to the Empire Hotel.
I recommend Seaworld Neptune, the largest seafood restaurant in Brunei. It's not expensive, and the seafood is really fresh.
After dinner, it will be evening. Walk towards the Empire Hotel at sunset 🌇. There is a huge seaside park with a beautiful coastline. You can enjoy the sunset view on the grass, which is very healing.
⚠️ But be careful of crocodiles by the sea. Some beaches are deserted, probably because people are avoiding crocodiles.
🌃 Take a taxi to Gadong Night Market at night.
I highly recommend Gadong Night Market. You can buy anything there, and many things are priced at just 1 dollar. I recommend the coconut water 🥥 and the fried balls (I don't know what they are, but they're delicious). You can choose other things based on your preferences.
⚠️ Download Dart to take a taxi. It's easier to get a taxi before 8 pm. People in Brunei are very relaxed. They basically work from sunrise to sunset and don't have much nightlife.
Gadong Night Market is probably the biggest nightlife spot.
That's a day in Brunei. Just right.
It’s Peace and beautiful country Brunei,
🇧🇳The only two 7-star hotels in the world‼️Brunei Darussalam/The Empire Brunei
📍One of only two 7-star hotels in the world!
🌟This was the overwhelming winner among all the overseas hotels I have stayed at. In addition to the thorough cleaning, you can receive wonderful hospitality. The price is also cheap, less than 40,000 yen in total (I was able to upgrade for free at the front desk), considering that it is a 7-star hotel, so it is a hotel that you should experience once. You can also use the gym, SUP, and cycling. There were Japanese programs on the TV. All amenities are free. Hot water is also perfect. The grounds are very large, so I recommend touring around on a rental mountain bike.
🚩Route
Jerudong, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei & Muara, Brunei Darussalam, BG 3122
🌟Notes
You will eat dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, but the prices are often not written on the menu. Dinner is charged separately, so it can be expensive. Please be careful.

🇧🇳
I think there are a lot of people who don't know the country of "Brunei" itself.
Brunei is a country next to Kota Kinabalu,
and has the second highest GDP among Southeast Asian countries, after Singapore.
✈️
It takes about 5 hours by direct flight from Korea,
and as of November 2024, there are 3 direct flights a week!
🏨
The Empire Brunei Hotel is a 7-star hotel,
so the places that you can't reach are made of real gold ㅎㅎ
💸
It's a 7-star hotel, but the average price per night is 300,000 won,
so it's a place where you can have a vacation more cost-effectively than you think!
If you are planning a trip to Brunei, I recommend it as a chance to experience the ultimate in kindness.

Beautiful Sunset
#beachlife
Whenever I am in Brunei, I visit this place and it is a very quiet place. Jerudong Beach provides a picturesque setting for visitors to enjoy.
The sunsets are also mesmerizing and the sea waves, cool breeze and roaring sea automatically compel you to spend more time there.
There is adequate parking and clean toilet facilities.
Nearby they are restaurants in one of the finest restaurants "cooking seafood".
Highly recommended !
