#0yentravelFebruary2025 🚉A short walk from Kannai Station (JR/Subway Blue Line) in Chinatown, you can eat piping hot soup-filled xiaolongbao. 🌟There are so many Chinese restaurants that it's hard to decide where to go, but most of them serve freshly made xiaolongbao. I also recommend taking it out and eating it at the nearby Yamashita Park. It may be difficult in the cold season, but the view of Yokohama's port is romantic and you can take wonderful photos. 🛥️A short walk from Yamashita Park is Cosmo World, a small amusement park with free admission. Here, you only need to pay the necessary amount for the attractions you want to ride, so you can go to the site and decide whether or not to ride the attractions depending on your mood that day. 🎡I recommend the Ferris wheel! The view from the window is very beautiful, and the great thing about it is that you can see Minato Mirai in 360 degrees. In winter, there is a Christmas market at Akarenga near Cosmo World, so you can enjoy the atmosphere of a German Christmas market while in Japan. Also, near Kannai Station, there is Yokohama Stadium, where you can purchase merchandise for the Yokohama BayStars, who will be the number one team in Japan in 2024! I didn't do much research beforehand, but I told the staff that I'd definitely come back before I even ate! It was such a nice place 🥺♡←← It's a long-established store that has been in Yokohama for over 30 years, and has moved several times to its current location. It's a reproduction of the fictional secret club "Amazon Club" that was featured in the well-known magazine BRUTUS. First of all, I couldn't find the entrance lol I thought I was in the wrong place lol The black phone on the wall is a chime, and the staff will open it for you from the inside🙏 The interior of the store has a calm, adult atmosphere with lighting, with antique furniture as the centerpiece, like a movie set? A drama location? Yokohama Itsukushima Shrine in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 It is the guardian deity of the old Yokohama village, and was founded in the Jisho era (1177-1181) by Minamoto no Yoritomo, who invited it from Toi, Izu Province (present-day Izu City, Shizuoka Prefecture). As with Itsukushima Shrine in Hiroshima, it enshrines the three Munakata goddesses, Ichikishimahime, Takirihime, and Takitsuhime.
