Hotel Rio Karlsruhe
#2023travelwish
I needed to come to Karlsruhe for a business trip and naturally, I needed a place to stay. After some searching, I decided to stay at Hotel Rio.
When I reached the outside of the hotel, I felt so pleased. The building of the hotel was red in colour. Red is my favourite colour. I then proceed to check in.
It was December and thus, the reception was filled with Christmas decorations. It really warmed my heart. After settling in, I proceed to go to my room.
The room was nice and comfortable. I felt good staying here. The location of the hotel was not bad too as it was near some nice restaurants.

Karlsruhe Germany
#fallingforfall
I was assigned on a business trip to Karlsruhe Germany. I am thankful that my company sent me there. It gave me a chance to expand my horizons and also a chance to visit the city on Karlsruhe.
Karlsruhe is a city in southwestern Germany and it is the third-largest city of the German state of Baden-Württemberg after its capital of Stuttgart, and Mannheim, and the 21st-largest city in the nation.
On the first day of my business trip, we discovered some absolutely beautiful trees with red leaves. There was also a building which is covered with many red leaves. I was very pleased to capture close up photos of the red leaves.

#karlsruhe
#karlsruhe is not very big town in #germany and not very far from France. There is very interesting palace there - called Karlsruhe Palace. It is on a short hop from the main Street of the town where I saw many restaurants with cuisine from all around the world which I really liked. There is an airport nearby close to Baden Baden.

Large shopping mall in the heart of Karlsruhe
#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
I visited Karlsruhe on a very cold and rainy day, so I planned to make it a full shopping day. Ettlinger Tor is a large department store located in the heart of the old town, right in the middle of the train station and the market square. It also has parking. It is convenient to travel by train, tram or rent a car.
There are more than 130 stores in this department store, including international and local clothing brands, accessories, cosmetics, and restaurants. There is really everything to choose from. There is also a huge Müller store here. You can shop until you forget the time. Inside the mall, the heater is very warm and comfortable.
Tips: For those who have little time and don't want to go to each brand, I recommend stopping by these 2 stores first.
➡️ Yeans Halle, the top floor, which has many brands of clothes and shoes in one store.
➡️ Müller, which has cosmetics, perfumes, and household items at every price point. You can really find everything in one place.
⏰ Opening and closing hours: The mall is open Monday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (closed on Sundays).

Karlsruhe Palace is a must 🏰
#timetotravel
Karlsruhe Palace, situated in the heart of Karlsruhe, Germany, is a historical and architectural masterpiece that left me in awe. This Baroque palace, dating back to the 18th century, stands as a testament to the city's rich history and cultural significance.
Exploring the palace's well-preserved rooms, grand hallways, and opulent chambers was like taking a journey through time. The palace's interior, with its exquisite furnishings, intricate stucco work, and magnificent paintings, showcases the grandeur of the past.
The palace's central location within the city is a major plus, and the surrounding palace gardens offer a tranquil retreat amidst the urban landscape. The gardens are perfect for a leisurely walk or a moment of relaxation.
Karlsruhe Palace is a must-visit for history enthusiasts and those seeking to connect with Germany's royal heritage. It's a place where culture, history, and architecture converge, creating an unforgettable experience. #germany #castle
