Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station was opened in the 1990s. When it was first opened, the municipality of Kuala Lumpur had only four lines: the Airport Express, the inter-district and inter-provincial railway line, the electric high-speed train line and the light rail line. Later, urban planning began to expand, and then the monorail was built. However, the monorail station is not actually in the main building of the central station. You need to cross the Nu Sentral shopping mall to get to the monorail station. In recent years, subway lines have begun to be used. The new subway line does not go directly to Central Station. Passengers need to exit at Muzium Negara station and walk through an indoor transfer corridor of approximately 300 meters to reach the central station. Took express train from KLIA international airport and end at KL Sentral. Is this their transport hub where it connected to monorail station, Komatar trains for intercity travel and express train to airport. This hub also linked to Nu Sentral Mall where you can get food, retail and entertainment offerings. This station use Spanish solution having one rail line with platform on each side for passengers getting in and out of train separately.It also equipped with new ticket machine, ticking gates and customer service office.

The beautiful Perdana Botanical Garden, formerly known as Taman Tasik Perdana or Lake Gardens, is one of the most popular recreational park in Kuala Lumpur. The park was created as part of the recreational park with collections of tropical plants around a big lake. This beautiful park give the visitors the ambiance of being in a tropical rainforest, despite being in the middle of the city.In addition to the lake and beautiful flowers,the park also has a outdoor theater,Butterfly Park, Deer Park, Bird Park, Orchid Park and National Monument.This park is 11 hectare with lush trees. Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station ( KL Sentral ) was opened on 16 April 2001 to replace the old Kuala Lumpur railway station. Kl Sentral is the largest railway station in Malaysia, its infrastructure supports six rail networks, namely the KLIA Express Rail Link, KLIA Transit, Rapid KL ( Putra ), KTM Komuter, KTM Intercity and Monorail service. There are several hotels nearby the station for those who want to stay nearby, like Hilton, Le Meridien and many more. Fast food like KFC, McDonald's and Burger King are available in the station, or you can proceed to the top for KL Sentral food court. They also have some cafes, minimart and guardians in the station. You can buy your tickets online, at the counters or the ticket machines. Facilities like lockers, phone charging, ATM, massage chairs and vending machines are available too. Outside the bus stop, there has the GOKL citybus free bus service to a certain location, or you can take a taxi or grab also.

It can be very confusing when you try to figure out a way towards Nu Central from Le Meridien / Hilton. Both hotels are actually side by side. But walkway towards the huge shopping mall is quite confusing. If you don't follow the signage, you might get lost. Initially I went with my friend and he is the one who guided me, but when I was alone, I get lost on the way back to the hotel. The area is super huge, with MRT in the middle. Make sure to follow through (you may refer to my pictures), so you won't get lost. 1day : arrive at the kuala lumpur International airport T2, then go to the ground floor you will see bus stations with many companies and also destinations. i get in the bus which goes to KL sentral 16 rm and catch the green line - mrt to bukit Bintang 2 rm, so i traveled and stayed there for the room 48 rm + tourist tax 10 rm this zone is like red light area after 10p.m 2day : going to twin town by mrt about 2.2 rm then staying in petaling street market is like Chinese market the price below average if you wanna but something just come here to get it for room 50rm+ tourist tax 10 rm and also this zone is like red light area after 10p.m 3day : going to batu caves by train about 2.5 rm a bargain price compared to taxi or grab or tour but per round a bit long takes time 50 min to 1 hr you have to manage your time after that coming back to stay in brickfields nearby KL sentral for the room 70rm+ tourist tax 10rm but it comes with a million of the view on rooftop and also facilities. this zone you will see many Indian restaurants or the same like that for me you should try biyani one of them so delicious 9/10 9.5/10. 4day : the last day is not pretty much to do just go to KL sentral to buy some foods and get some souvenir to whom you love ** better than airport for sure ** after that take a bus to KLIA T1 with 15rm they will stop at T2 first and second stop T1. #เที่ยวกัวลาลัมเปอร์ #เที่ยวมาเลเซีย #cheaptravel #backpackeressentials #hostellife

For those who have already landed and are still confused about how to get there, I would like to recommend the KLIA ekspres train. It is really easy and convenient. Once you exit the Malaysian immigration, look for the KLIA sign. It is not very far away. Then you can buy tickets from the machine. But we bought tickets through Trip because it was cheaper. Hehe. The price is the same for the entire line. If I remember correctly, you have to choose the train again. Which line will you get off at? Because it does not stop at every station. But the pink train goes all the way without stopping at KL Sentral, which is the center of transferring routes with all types of trains there. #kualalumpurtrip Peranakan Place is a specialty restaurant that sell authentic nyonya cuisine. This restaurant is actually available in many shopping malls across Klang Valley, and not to mention, this particular outlet in NU Sentral is halal certified (all restaurant in the mall are Halal certified). Personally love the decorations as it brings back old memories where I used to visit my grandparents in the kampung.

ETS is the best train for me travel from Butterworth to KL Sentral . 3hours and 40min to arrive .#travel #etstrain So if you wish to experience the ETS train ride make sure you download KTMB apps to buy from the application It’s easy to fill in the info and pay hustle free. ETS train has been convenient from south side to north side which included travel to Thailand Hatyai as well. Need to check the timetable for the information.

#OverseasTransportation Kuala Lumpur has MRT, LRT, monorail, KTM Commuter, ERL (Airport Railroad), and buses. This time I took the MRT, LRT, and monorail operated by Rapid KL. I tried to take the LRT from Pasar seni, which is close to Kuala Lumpur Station, but none of the ticket machines accepted credit cards... I went to the counter in the basement, bought a one-day pass, and finally entered the ticket gate. I hope they can use touch payment like the Airport Railroad. The first line I took, Line 5, is self-driving. The MRT and monorail are also self-driving, so you can enjoy the view from the front. The shape of the station roof is also unique, so it's fun to look ahead. There are many Muslims in Malaysia, so it's prohibited to flirt on the train. There was no such rule in Turkey, though 😅 KL Sentral, the connecting station with KTM, has Line 5 running through the terminal, so it looks like Kokura Station. The station building was also very well-equipped. When I visited, it was the Obon festival period and the area was bustling with people during the summer holidays. Train travel is recommended as there are many trains and you don't have to worry about traffic jams. Trains tend to run above ground, so you can enjoy the scenery.

There are several totes of taxis in Kuala Lumpur, like executive class and budget friendly. Comfort-wise both of them are almost the same, cheap cars brands; but cabin sizes differs. For example, executive class taxis can accommodate 7 people. #Teksi #kualalumpur #taxi

Other than Bukit Bintang and KLCC area, this is my favourite area as it offers much more than what you can imagine!! Little india is surrounded the area with a lot of Indian restaurants where you can indulge yourself into the Indian culture, some tourist spots such as National Museum, Botanical Garden, National Museum, Tian Hou Temple are within this area that you can spend almost the whole days to explore and some branded hotels like Hilton, Le Meridien, St Regis and Aloft are all here connected your directly to the KL sentral station!
