It is beautiful to have a walk to the city Center, where you will see many beautiful antique buildings, blue boats on the coast and delicious seafood restaurants. beaches in Monopoli are extremely clean with transparent and cristalline water. Not so much to see for snorkelling, but beautiful to enjoy a day on the beach with incredible landscapes and a nice walk in the town. I have seen on the pictures it is worth a visit, but I did not expect this beautiful. If you are in Triest even if only for 1 day, this is a must. You can get here by bus (more frequently) or train as well. The garden is huge and super green (you can even see a secoia), and you can walk around the castle free of charge.
