Very delicious, balanced taste and I really like that there were lots of veg - spinach and rocket salad. Love the Rosti.. and it is Thick Rosti, so soft yet slight crispy. A great place for a delicious breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict (smoked salmon) and my partner had the Grilled Halloumi, which was also delicious. The red pepper relish that comes with the Halloumi dish is very flavorful. The coffee was also very tasty. The restaurant was busy when we arrived on a Sunday morning, but within a few minutes, we got a table. And the coffee were good too. It was a short trip to Perth, Australia and we visited Kings Park and Botanic 🪴 It is one of the world's largest and most beautiful inner-city parks, Kings Park is a place of historical and cultural significance. It has a stunning views of the Perth skyline and the Swan River. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📍Fraser Avenue, Perth WA 6005, Australia We also explored the Perth Mint which was stablished in 1899. It is one of the oldest mints in the world still operating from its original premises. This place is renowned for its excellent and wide range of seafood restaurants surrounding the harbour area. We had the chance to try their fish and chips, great ambiance with stunning views of the ocean from our seats. Such a lovely place to spend the entire or half a day strolling around, take a whole lot of photos, have some fish and chips! The atmosphere in the area was lively and happening, with a decent number of locals and visitors alike at the area. Definitely recommending this place!

There are so many beautiful buildings in the Perth downtown area to explore and definitely it requires one day to explore. A good place to start is at the Perth Station or the Street Mall, then moving on to London Court - Elizabeth Quay -Bell Tower - St George’s Anglican Cathedral- St Mary’s Cathedral and back to Perth Station. There are many parking lots also in the downtown area and the weekend rates is very reasonable ( less than Aud $10) for one day. The one we parked at was CCP Citiplace which is connected to the Perth Station and the street shopping mall. Aside from shopping, we thought that Elizabeth Quay was particularly beautiful . The view of the Elizabeth Quay is just wonderful with lots of space for sitting down and sipping a coffee. There is often summer music and events taking place . My favorite buildings were the two cathedrals - St George Anglican Cathedral and St Mary Cathedral ( catholic). Both were built in the 19th Century, while St Mary’s has gone through 2 expansion and reopened in 2009. It's a popular restaurant in the city that you can walk to from Perth Station☝️ Because Perth is surrounded by vast oceans, there's no doubt that seafood is delicious, and since it was once a British colony, you can enjoy the British feel of fish and chips🐟🍟 You can have just the fish at this restaurant, or you can add fries like the standard style (additional charge). If you go for lunch, I recommend the LUNCH BOX that I ordered this time, which is a good deal👍 It comes with a large piece of fish, fried squid, and fries, and costs AUD15 (drinks are not included, so they are purchased separately). At the exchange rate of 90 yen at the time, it was 1,350 yen, so it looks like it will be cheaper than eating it in the original place😁 The fish is hake. It's not dry like cod, but it's thick and heavy, and very satisfying to eat, and it goes great with the tartare sauce!
