【Macau🇲🇴-The fantastic journey of three sardines】
A restaurant that leaves a deep impression on you, apart from the quality of its food, is also the story and decoration that I value most. Sansardin on St. Lucia Street in Macau already has several features from the entrance. The upstairs and downstairs areas have their own themes. The upper floor mainly has a flight-themed dining table layout. Even the seats are real airplanes taken from airplanes. chair!
The upper floor is really like a museum. The pictures on the wall and the precious old aircraft cabin products in the glass cabinets... are all returned by the boss’s mobile phone. The lower floor is an old-style bar theme with a full atmosphere☺
The food and drinks in the Portuguese-style restaurant are very flavorful. If you like to drink, there are many cocktails to choose from. We suddenly wanted to drink mocktail that day, so we chose 🔹tropicana 🔹orange mint. The former is colorful, and the latter is refreshing and thirst-quenching. It goes well with Portuguese Pesticos, orange mint and mint go together unexpectedly 😆
🔹Fried quail eggs
After being fried, the quail eggs are still very tender and chewy inside, the taste is not too salty, and the presentation is exquisite🥚
🔹Baby sardine
The dish that echoes the roll call is presented with three cute sardines, one of which is hooked with a fishing rod 😂 The sardines are plump and salty, and the lingering fish meat is particularly delicious when paired with wine, which is also a good way to check in.
🔹Baby snails
I heard that this is their very authentic dish, and it also brought back memories of eating snails in Spain. In fact, the taste is very salty and chewy, and it really goes well with wine.
