#celebrateit It’s so thankful and we got to try many good food in Taipei and around area. We landed Taipei in early morning and took a bus to Jiufen, enjoy Jiufen and Shifen for 1 day-night. We tried like 10 different bubble tea brands in here but still not enough. It is so amazing, strong taste of tea, gentle touch of sweetness. It was our last stop enroute back to Taipei. The slight drizzle in the night made the journey up the steep climb to A-Mei Teahouse magical much as the mist that surrounded the bathhouse in Spirited Away. #Songkran2024 Travel destinations Since we've come to the country of tea, we've also arrived in Juifen, so we searched for a tea shop. This shop is one of the first shops that many people recommend. It must be a famous shop here. The shop is quite larger than other shops. There are many floors and zones, including a small, non-crowded room, a large banquet-style room, or a 3rd floor with a beautiful view decorated with many red lanterns. We went without knowing anything, so the staff recommended that we order a tea set for 600 TWD, which can be eaten by 2 people. The set includes oolong tea that the staff will demonstrate how to brew for us the first time. Then we can brew it ourselves. #2024wish Wish every time I visit this place with sunny day. I visited Jiu Fen many times and this is the only time no raining, what a lucky day. Enjoy the beautiful scenary and tasting Taiwanese tea at 阿美茶樓 is very awesome. We stayed overnight at The Orr Inn so we could get to A-Mei Teahouse right at opening without the lines and lines of people. The server was so knowledgeable and carefully explained all the tea options and locations. As well as carefully selected a dim sum platter that is unique to this Teahouse. The tea and the dim sum paired nicely with each other and we got to enjoy it with this breathtaking view!! I felt like I was dreaming. It was definitely a highlight to our trip!! #taipei Address: 224, Taiwan, New Taipei City, Ruifang District, 市下巷20號 I finally got to visit the A-Mei Teahouse on my most recent trip to Taiwan. It's quite high up, and I had to climb up lots of stairs before I reached the teahouse. I was brought up to the top of the teahouse where I got to choose a good seat overlooking Jiufen and beyond. l ordered a tea set with some small traditional snacks as I had my breakfast earlier at Yonghe at Ruifang. The staff assisted in the first brewing of tea for me. The tea was great and I had a pleasant relaxing morning drinking tea and eating. I will recommend to come earlier in the morning as the tea house was full by the time around 11+.
