The city hall location of Alice cafe was barely 2 minutes walk from where we stayed. We travelled as a family and all of us have a sweet tooth. Besides, we are Bingsu fans and it is one of our favourite desserts when visiting south Korea. During a week long stay in Jeju. We visited this place thrice. Alice cafe does a very high quality bingsu. No wonder they are so popular. The texture of the ice was soft, yet was able to maintain its distinct stringy shape without melting quickly. The matcha bingsoo came with a scoop of ice cream and a slice of cheesecake, and there was an additional option with more toppings. Another occasion we also tried their strawberry bingsu and the mango and apple bingsu. It is a minimalist menu so you can try most of their items during a few days of stay. Alice Cafe Jeju City Hall Location, very popular on Jeju Island💚 When I told my Korean friends that I was going to Jeju Island, they told me to definitely go to Alice Cafe✨ It's on the second floor of a building in Jeju City, and the interior is all white, giving it a clean impression. I ordered matcha bingsu and mango pins! I also ordered a cafe latte☕️ The bingsu was brought out, which was bigger than I expected, and I was excited⤴️ And it was topped with matcha ice cream and cheesecake, and I ate it with matcha sauce on top. The mango side is made with a generous amount of mango, and no matter how much I dig into it, more mango comes out, making it a very luxurious bingsu. When you say bingsu, you mean Korean shaved ice, but the bingsu here is shaved ice! ?
