As an avid traveller who prefers nature over the bustle of the city, I never considered myself a city girl. But my recent stay at Alila Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur changed my mind entirely. This hotel is truly something else! It's easily one of the best places I've ever stayed in. What I loved most was their commitment to sustainability. They don't use plastic bottles in their rooms: instead, they use reusable glass bottles that are refilled daily and can also be refilled at any time by guests themselves. They also don't use plastic bags, even for trash. Their boutique restaurant offered delicious food, but the true highlight was the rooftop pool. The panoramic view of the city was breathtaking, especially at night when the skyline was aglow with lights. Sustainability and luxury can go hand in hand, and Alila Bangsar proved just that. The junior suite we were assigned to at Alila Bangsar hotel was absolutely stunning! The interiors were modern with clean lines and had a minimalistic vibe to it. It was very spacious too, with ample room for opening our luggage. The bonus part was the incredible city view through the full-length glass windows! My favourite spot was the long sofa, where I could just sit there for hours admiring the panorama with a cup of tea in hand. However, our room faced the west so when it came time for sunset, the sun shone directly into our room and it got rather warm at some points. Booked 2 nights and got upgraded to Premier Balcony room overlooking Bangsar area. Room is spacious, communal minibar area each floor near the lift lobby. Lobby was quiet upon check in and never once crowded. The bathrooms are huge and can comfortably accommodate more then 4 people. Breakfast was a disappointment as you only get to choose 4 different sets Highly recommended!

Checked in went smoothly. No deposit required. The Alila building is next to EST condominium. At Botanica+Co, you can go straight to the elevator and press level 41 to check in. During the daytime, the Alila's lobby very much felt like a sanctuary in the sky in the middle of the bustling city. The natural elements incorporated into the architecture created the feeling of being in an urban oasis. Loved the relaxing, nature-focused, and design-forward atmosphere of the hotel. comfortable & spacious. Forgotten to take pic of the hotel room. but there are also coffee machine and tip bits provided (FOC) beside the lift of every floor. The only inconvenience is that it has to switch to several lifts from the parking to hotel room. Parking can be validated at the concierge at any hour for RM5 per entry. Breakfast included was nice. We were impressed with the size of the Studio King at the hotel, which is its entry-level room. The room was generously proportioned and felt spacious with a separate living room area. Unexpectedly, the tedious Kuala Lumpur still has such a hotel that combines design, scenery, and value for money—the Alila Bangsar, crafted by the Lyndon Neri & Rossana Hu design firm. It turns out that distance creates beauty; staying too close to the Petronas Towers at W, MO, or FS can be too oppressive and make it hard to sleep peacefully.

#kualalumpurtrip Very cozy place, good quality is impressive. This is the restaurant provided buffet breakfast for Alila Hotel guests. Nice ambience with Botanica theme. Service was excellent with very attentive staff. The quality of the food and its portion was a pleasant surprise for me. I had the club sandwich for dinner and the fajita for lunch the next day and they were both great. The portion makes it value for money. Will visit here again if I'm around the area.

Was looking for a suitable staycation location to bring my young family for the recent holidays. Requested for baby bath tub and baby cot. Hotel provided both the baby bath tub and baby cot without any hassle. They even cleaned it properly without much questions Room was well cleaned, have the habit of usual wiping but the wet wipes we used weren’t that dirty. Baby was allowed to crawl and walk around without shoes as it the carpets were clean. Each floor is equipped with a coffee making machine and also 3 types of snacks so we had constant supply of tidbits. Overall is a very safe and clean hotel suitable for toddlers

I recently had the privilege and opportunity to stay at one of KL‘a most raved about hotel! This hotel has a unique layout where rooms are on Levels 35 to 39 of the property and the lobby is on 40! This more or less guarantees a “high floor” room as the lowest you can go is the 35th floor. On this particular stay I was placed in a room on the 38th floor and was accorded sweeping views of the Bangsar neighbourhood. In the room, there’s a big smart TV from Samsung. The big king sized bed was very comfortable and the toilet was very well maintained + very clean! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in KL to stay. #tripmoment #kualalumpur
