Historic buildings

Amiens Cathedral is located on the Somme River in Amiens, France. It was built in 1220 and is a cathedral built in the heyday of Gothic architecture. The interior consists of three halls, a cross hall (133.5 meters long, 65.25 meters wide and 43 meters high) and an apse. The layout is rigorous. The walls of the church are adorned with portraits of Christian prophets, believers and French kings. And there are well-known religious themed statues, showing various religious practices, biographies of saints and the history of the creation of the earth, known as the "encyclopedia on stone".
