Unforgettable exploration of historical sites in Siwa
Upon arriving in Siwa, the first thing I did was take a tuk-tuk tour of the city's historical sites. The tuk-tuk, being lower and more open than a car, allowed me to experience the surroundings up close and immerse myself in the atmosphere of Siwa with all my senses.
The Shali Fortress looked even more mysterious as the sun began to set, and the Amun Temple and Oracle Temple stood quietly, leaving a deep impression. At Cleopatra's Spring, I dipped my hand in the water, and as the tuk-tuk continued to move, I enjoyed the serene village vibe nestled within the oasis.
The tuk-tuk tour moved at a pace that was neither too fast nor too slow, perfectly matching the rhythm and time of Siwa. It was a healing experience in itself. This unique tour, only possible in Egypt, is definitely worth trying.

Speaking of this place, it's a place everyone should visit.
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle is an ancient ruin in the desert that left a strong impression on its own. The quiet atmosphere and the vast desert surrounding the ruins made it feel like time travel. Although many parts of the temple were damaged, its grandeur could still be felt, and the mysterious energy of ancient Egypt seemed to be alive and breathing everywhere. When I visited after learning of the historical fact that Alexander the Great received an oracle here, its meaning became even deeper. Since there were not many tourists, I was able to quietly tour the ruins and contemplate, which made it an even more special experience.

Mysterious places in Egypt
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle was a place that preserved the mystery of ancient Egypt. It was located in the middle of the desert, so I could feel a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The temple itself was somewhat damaged, but it still felt like a place with great historical value. The story that Alexander the Great visited here and asked the will of the gods and received an answer makes this temple even more sacred. In the loneliness and quietness of the vast desert around the ruins, I was able to experience a special moment where the past and present intersect. It was nice to be able to look around quietly because people didn't go there.

The Temple of the Oracle was a place where one could feel the ancient mysteries amidst the tranquil desert. Located in the heart of the desert, the journey to reach it was long, but the sense of awe upon arrival was immense. Although most of the temple's columns and walls were damaged, they still held the history and mysteries of ancient Egypt, making the site even more captivating. #HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle was a small but impressive ruin. When I arrived after running through the desert, I felt a quiet and mysterious atmosphere that was completely different from the surroundings. Although there were many traces of the temple collapse, the energy remaining inside was still strong. In particular, I became cautious with every step as I thought, ‘Did the oracle really come down here?’ From afar, it was impressive to see it standing quietly on a hill, and when I climbed up, I could see Siwa Oasis at a glance, so the view was also great. It was a unique place where ancient times and nature came together.

pretty spot
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle was the most impressive place among the ancient ruins of Siwa Oasis. The ruins themselves are not large, but the historical significance contained within them is very deep. It was a unique experience to encounter such a sacred place in the middle of the Egyptian desert. The story that Alexander the Great visited this place in person and received an oracle stimulated my imagination, and each and every collapsed wall and pillar seemed to preserve time. I recommend visiting at sunset to feel a more mysterious atmosphere with the glow of the sunset. It was also nice that there were not many tourists, so I could quietly appreciate the ruins.

The scenery is beautiful.
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle was the most tranquil and sacred space during my trip to Siwa Oasis. The surrounding area was a barren desert, but the ruins were quietly located in the middle of it, making it feel as if time had stopped. The old stone pillars and walls were badly damaged, but their naturalness was even more mysterious. It was a new experience to think that ancient people asked for the will of the gods here, and I also understood why Alexander the Great came all the way here. There were few tourists and it was quiet, so it was the perfect place to spend time alone, and it was a good place to take a walk while organizing my thoughts.

#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle, the Temple of Amun, was like a quiet ancient trace in the desert. It was not large in scale, but the atmosphere itself was unique and memorable. It took a long time to drive from Siwa Oasis to get there, and the ruins standing tall in the open landscape were impressive. Walking between the stone structures, I felt like I was going back in time to ancient Egypt, and I was even more immersed because there was no sound except the sound of the wind. The interior of the temple is simple, but that made it feel more real, and it was fun to imagine the legend of Alexander the Great.

Great place
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle, the Temple of Amun, was the most mysterious place during my trip to Siwa Oasis. It was hard to believe that such a huge temple ruin remained in the middle of the desert, and I could feel the mysterious energy of ancient Egypt. The temple is not large, but the quiet surroundings created a more sacred and solemn atmosphere. In particular, as I walked slowly, recalling the story that Alexander the Great actually came here and received an oracle, I felt like I had entered history. Every time I walked between the stone pillars and ruins, I felt a strange feeling of being connected to the past, and it was also a good place for quiet meditation.

#HawaiiFlightEvent Soaking my feet in Cleopatra Hot Springs, drinking a cup of tea in the middle of the desert, and watching the sunset made me think, ‘I’m so glad I came here.’ The salt lake was so special that I could even experience floating on the water, and the star-filled night sky was beyond description. The most peaceful and unforgettable time during my trip to Egypt passed in Siwa.

Harmony of the sky and ancient relics
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle of Amun was a relic that still retained the quiet charm of Siwa. It may not be impressive at first because there are no special guides or lights, but it feels completely different when you visit after learning about the background. Just the fact that Alexander the Great visited this place in person and received an oracle thousands of years ago stimulated my historical imagination, and the scene at that time seemed to be drawn along with the sound of palm trees swaying in the wind. The town of Siwa and the oasis seen from the top of the temple were quiet and peaceful, and it was surprising that such a deep story was hidden in this small town. It was a place that was deeper inside than it looked on the outside.

A perfect day trip if you're on a tour
#HawaiiFlightEvent The Temple of the Oracle of Amun was the most mysterious and historical place in Siwa. It was hard to believe that this small temple in the middle of the desert was a place where people came to hear the will of the gods thousands of years ago. The temple itself is a simple stone structure, but the feeling is completely different when you know the meaning and background contained within. In particular, the moment when you climb up to the top of the temple and look out over the whole Siwa was truly spectacular. The palm trees, oasis, and quiet village scenery spread out in the distance made it feel like time travel. It was a place with a bigger story than its size.

A tour of the mysterious ancient traces
#HawaiiFlightEvent Watching the locals walking slowly, greeting each other, and leisurely drinking tea, I thought, ‘I should live like this too.’ It felt like time had stopped, and it was a day where my heart was full even without doing anything.
Siwa is healing in itself, just like a famous tourist destination, even without doing much, and it was touching just by looking at it. It was a time when I could feel what true rest was in a completely different space from the world I originally lived in.

A full day in Siwa
#HawaiiAirlineEvent The tour I did in Siwa was really special. Since it was an oasis town in the desert, nature and tradition were alive wherever I went, and there was no artificial feeling at all. The ‘Cleopatra Hot Springs’ that I went to first was really amazing. People were playing in the water in a small natural hot spring in the middle of the oasis. The water was clear and cool, so it felt like it washed away the midsummer heat.
I started the desert tour in a 4WD vehicle, and the thrill of going over the desert hills was more thrilling than a roller coaster. The endless desert landscape that I stopped in the middle and looked at was so beautiful that I couldn’t even describe it, and it was much more intense in person than in the pictures. I also stopped by the ‘Salt Lake’, and my eyes were dazzled by the emerald water spread out between the white salt crystals. It was an amazing experience where my body floated just by dipping my feet.
At the end of the tour, I leisurely enjoyed the sunset while drinking tea on a sand dune where the sun was setting. The sunset over the desert was a work of art in itself, and the city and tour remained one of the most peaceful yet intense days of my life.

Egypt Travel Day 3📍Siwa, Egypt
I thought the Dead Sea was only in Jordan, but I went to Siwa in Egypt because it's also there!!! The only way to get there is by bus from Cairo. I saw that it takes 8 hours on a night bus, but I'm already 34 years old lol I was scared of night buses, so I went in a special van with sightseeing and a hotel! To be honest, I was going to see the Dead Sea (Salt Lake), so I said I didn't need sightseeing, right? But I want to give myself a pep talk for saying I didn't need it. I really want to do sightseeing and get a guide and go to all the unknown places. Siwa is so amazing and full of sacred places. Of course, Salt Lake was also amazing, but I really liked Alexander's Temple, and I couldn't stop taking pictures📸💖 However, the food was a little bit unfamiliar to Japanese people💦 I finally felt like I was in a foreign country. The food in Cairo was delicious. Lol

Siwa Oasis seen from the Temple of Amun
#New York Flight Event #Siwa Oasis #Egypt
When you climb up high, you can see the design of the oasis
Lower terrain than the surrounding area. This city, which is naturally located where water gathers, is surrounded by date palms, the tree of life.
The center of the farm is the village, and a lake is located in the distance.
This place, which probably has the best view in the oasis,
is where an ancient temple is located.
In the past, the best place was also the gods.

Amun Temple, the legendary temple in Siwa
#New York Flight Ticket Event #Egypt #Siwa Oasis
The legend of Cleopatra and Alexander the Great
It is literally an ancient temple, but it lacks management.
Of the two Amun Temples, this one that charges an admission fee is better.
It is so much that it is written as a World Cultural Heritage Site.

Following in the footsteps of Alexander the Great
This is a relic related to King Alexander in Siwa. The government manages it by accepting admission tickets, but it is inadequate. However, the view from the top is good.
