We enjoyed the tasting menu and it was delicious.
We had a gorgeous view of the opera house, an experience only made better by the food and staff. Service was on-point, the sommelier came by to recommend wines based on our preferences, and the food was as beautiful as it was delicious.
The duck dish was the only one that was slightly off balance and you couldn’t tell you were eating confit duck leg as the jam was overpowering. The plate cleanser was the best I have ever tasted in my life which surprised me. The staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The drinks were well made, the food was beautifully presented and mostly well balanced.
