[2025 Ivalo Stay] Travel Guide for Aurora Village Ivalo (Updated Mar)

During our #finland trip, we stayed at a hotel called Aurora Village Ivalo, one of the best experiences ever, we slept in an Aurora Cabin to witness the beauty of the Northern Lights, we drove Snow mobile for 6 hours and after we relax in the sauna and swam in the ice water!

My stay at Aurora Village Ivalo was a truly enchanting experience in the heart of polar nature. The resort is located in a quiet area surrounded by white forests and sparkling snow. The glass cabin we had allows you to see the sky directly, making it possible to comfortably view the aurora borealis from my bed, an unforgettable experience. Although the weather outside was cold, the inside of the cabin was warm and cozy. Activities like skiing and snowboarding added a touch of adventure to the trip. The staff were very friendly and made the experience comfortable and special. This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of winter nature.

The hill made sledding very fun ▫️You can sign up for a husky safari tour and aurora hunting at the hotel ▫️I think it's better not to expect breakfast. Shouldn't you expect anything from Nordic cuisine..?! On days when the aurora index is low, you can't see the aurora at the hotel.
