We chose the shortest route from Bach Dang Station to Binh An Station whereas most people will take all the way to Thanh Da station. The waterbus move slow so you won’t get motion sickness. Along the way, you can see the view of Landmark 81 and Downtown District 1. I will recommend taking the waterbus around late afternoon and catch the sunset in District 2. #wheretogo

When I visited Saigon before COVID-19, this riverside promenade had not yet been re-landscaped and was not as beautiful and atmospheric as it is today, with newly opened cafes and terminals, as well as new grass and concrete sidewalks.
