We stayed at the Canal House (Herengracht 519-525) in Amsterdam, and it was a perfect choice. The hotel is in a great location, right on the canal and close to the museum district, Jordaan, Central Station, and the No. 24 tram stop. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The lobby feels like a cozy living room. The 24-hour bar is stylishly decorated and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. There are also delicious snacks available at around 5 pm. The front desk staff are very professional and knowledgeable, and they helped us make all the important dinner reservations.✌️ Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the canal. The room was well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and a free minibar with gin, brandy, and whiskey. It was great value for money! The bathroom was clean and tidy, and although it was a bit cramped, it was still a good experience. There was also a working air conditioner to keep the room at the perfect temperature.😊 There are many interesting places near the hotel, such as the lively Leidseplein night market, which is within walking distance. There are also many cafes, restaurants, and museums nearby. If you like walking, you'll find plenty of fun and interesting places to explore! Of course, the hotel has some minor drawbacks, such as slightly lax housekeeping, which can be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. However, all the advantages completely outweigh these minor drawbacks. If you're a fitness enthusiast, you may be disappointed, as there is no gym or swimming pool. Overall, the Canal House is in a great location in Amsterdam, offering great value for money and excellent service. The staff made our stay very memorable.
