Bay view hotel is an old design hotel but is soo comfortable.. it has a complete facilities for a 4 stars hotel such as restaurant, pool, jaccuzi and spacious with bath tub room.. This is the first time i stay here and definitely will come again.. The only thing that can improve is the check in service is a bit slow and take long time.. The hotel is soo quite and calm.. from here we can see the famous hotel E&O view..

Spacious room with clean towels, toiletries, & great king bed makes me regret of 2 nights stay which i wish i can get more nights to spent here. The best part is, I can't forget the views of city and the ocean from my gorgeous room windows. It was Amazing scenery !!! Located strategically & I can't resist exploring the city by walking which i can reach Mydin Emporium within 10mins by foot, 15mins to Little India & 12 mins to Esplanade Padang Kota Lama to catch the sea breeze after diner. Malaysia, don't go to Kuala Lumpur, it's really not fun. Come to Penang instead, where there's the largest Chinese community, communication is effortless, and it's a city of gastronomy. Strolling through the streets is perfect for checking in and taking photos, with elements from various countries. You can also go to the seaside for a breeze. Lastly, the cost of living here is very low.

THIS SIMPLE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF GEORGETOWN PENANG MALAYSIA AND WE FELT AT HOME WITH THE WARM WELCOMING BY THE STAFF. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS STRATEGIC AND A WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY FAMOUS EATERIES/RESTAURANTS. A 3 MINUTES WALK TOOK US TO THE FAMOUS SUP HAMEED AND FURTHER DOWN IS THE FAMOUS HAMEEDIYAH RESTAURANT AND LINE CLEAR NASI KANDAR. THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS WITH GOOD SOUND PROOF. A BATH TUB IS PROVIDED IN THE ROOM. SECURITY IS EXCELLENT. THERE IS A COFFEE HOUSE AND A FAMOUS TAILOR IN THE HOTEL. During New year 2023 holiday, we went to Penang 2 days 1 night trip and stay at Bayview Georgetown Hotel. Hotel have provided free parking for hotel guests. We arrive at the hotel about 12pm but receptionist call us come back on 2pm. When we come back on 2pm, the another receptionist call us come back at 3pm. We can’t accept this and direct complain to their manager. Suggest to the manager , they need to improve their attitude and customer service. And our hotel room package are included breakfast. The breakfast are buffet style and have many choices. The staff are friendly and helpful.
