6 days and 5 nights in Beijing | No need to worry! Family travel guide
🌈Travel time reference 8.27-9.1
⭐️day1:
Chongqing-Beijing 11:20-14:00
Take a taxi for nearly 1 hour and check in to the New World Tongpai Hotel near Tiananmen Square
Mainly value for money, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good, the disadvantage is that the bed is relatively small.
After resting, we went to eat Bian Yi Fang Roast Duck, which is a five-minute walk from the hotel.
No need to queue, the taste is average.
After dinner, we rented a bicycle and toured Tiananmen Square at night.
❗️❗️Warm Tips❗️
Not recommended for those who are not good at riding a bike! Although it is a dedicated bicycle lane, everyone rides so well and very fast, and there are also electric bikes and the like. There are also some major roads along the way. People like me who can only ride it in the park are super nervous! It was the designated driver who "saved" me from my embarrassment halfway through the journey!
The whole journey takes about an hour.
⭐️day2:
Wake up naturally and visit Peking University at 11:00. My father was a freshman at Peking University, Class of 24, and was admitted smoothly. Those who want to go can make their own appointments or go with Niu Niu, you know
In the afternoon, go to Shichahai and row a boat.
The car we took was probably not a traditional rickshaw, but we chose it because we had a good impression of the driver. Later I found out that he had appeared on TV. He was one of the Houhai Baye.
I drank sugar room coffee. I ate hotpot at Yaer Li Ji.
You can take a number and queue up for shabu-shabu during the afternoon tour. Otherwise, you have to wait at least 1-2 hours at lunch time
⭐️day3:
Woke up naturally, and chartered a car to Mutianyu Great Wall after lunch. The drive takes one and a half hours. Arrived at two o'clock. Up the cableway, down the slide.
The purpose of going out to play is to relax, and it is impossible for me to get up at five or six o'clock. There were almost no people at the Great Wall in the afternoon. There is no queue up or down. It's also great for taking photos.
After the fun, we were sent to a courtyard B&B near Universal City to stay.
The B&B is really worth it, the yard is beautiful! The old couple are very nice! We were also taken to Universal Studios. There is also a barbecue restaurant next door which is surprisingly delicious.
⭐️day4:
Departure from Universal Studios at 10:30, no queues to enter the park, if you go too early you will still have to queue, it is better to go later, there are still 20,000+ tourists that day.
All-round express pass! There are no queues anywhere! It’s really nice! Unlocked all rides + two performances.
⭐️day5
After lunch, we went to the Grand Canal Museum and Beijing City Library. There are quite a lot of people.
Then we drove for an hour to check in at Atour, which is next to Beijing Wild Zoo.
⭐️day6
Kitano
Bought the Premium Pass for the Beast Area and the Little Train. Personally, I think it is better to spend money on avoiding the queue than on a vehicle that costs several hundred dollars.
So we chose a vehicle that costs only a few dozen yuan per person, which is also very convenient. No need to park.
Luggage storage in the park. I took a flight back to Chongqing at around 6pm.
