[2025 Kangra Attraction] Travel Guide for BhagsuNag waterfall (Updated Mar)

This Time I visited Mclodgunj (Dharamshala) from Shimla Directly via bus which taken upto 12 hours. We started our journey at 9am and Reached Mclodgunj at 9 around. I generally not recommend Travel by Busy from Shimla. The best options are following:- option 1 . Take Flight from Delhi to Gaggal (Kangra) which is just 20-25 kms from Mclodgunj. Option 2 : Take Train from Delhi or Your convenient place and Get down at Pathankot Cannt Railway Station. From Pathankot You can take toy train which directly drop you to kangra or can aur take bus which takes hardly 2-3 hours. You can also Bring you own vehicle because Roads are awesome. Place to Visit : - There are Multiple Places where you can visit like : Bagshu Nag Temple, Triund Trek, Kherr Ganga Trek, Dalailama Temple, Chatti, Camping at triund etc. bagshu waterfall is breathtaking. Shopping:- You cab Visit Mclodgunj Market where multiple options ans antique items are available in reasonable rates. Pahadi and Cultural Cloths are also available. Food :- There are multiple Restaurants available which offers all kindly of foods in term of Chinese, South indian, north indian etc. Stay:- Generally 2, 3, 4 Starts hotels are there. you can book by using Trip app or can also visit directly. so good luck for you next trip. happy travelling. #india #bucketlistreboot #himalayas #himachalpradesh

Bhagsunag is a area near McLeod Ganj. It has a Shiva Temple and Waterfall. By 30-45 min walk and hike from McLeod Ganj you can reach to this waterfall. I visited BhagsuNag waterfall during my stay in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India in August this year. Because it was the rainy season, the water was cold and the volume of water was high, but the locals enjoyed immersing themselves in the water with their clothes on. You can reach the waterfall by a light trek from Bagsu Nath temple at the foot of the mountain, and the scenery is beautiful. There are cafes scattered around the area, so you can enjoy trekking casually. At Bhagsu Nath temple at the foot of the mountain, there is a pool that collects the water from the waterfall. #besttrip2023
