#springitinerary After my first night in Melaka, I moved to Bilik Bilik by Muo—a super aesthetic, Muji-style hotel that felt clean and cozy overall. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the interior design gave off those calm, minimal vibes I love. Price-wise, it’s around RM140–180 per night, which is decent for what you get. But a heads-up for solo travelers: they don’t offer single rooms. I had to book a twin single bed room because the queen rooms were already fully booked—so it wasn’t the most convenient. One downside: the soundproofing could be better. I could hear doors opening and closing from next door, and as a light sleeper, that did bother me a bit. But that depends on the person! stayed at Bilik-Bilik hotel for my friend’s wedding, was amazed by the design of the hotel and the surroundings of shops. Highly recommended for people who travel with friends or family. The hotel location is very good and convenient for us to travel around. Throughout the stay, my friends and I also felt very welcoming by the friendly staffs and their hospitality.
