Melaka Stay Review | Bilik Bilik by Muo
#springitinerary
After my first night in Melaka, I moved to Bilik Bilik by Muo—a super aesthetic, Muji-style hotel that felt clean and cozy overall.
The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the interior design gave off those calm, minimal vibes I love.
Price-wise, it’s around RM140–180 per night, which is decent for what you get. But a heads-up for solo travelers: they don’t offer single rooms. I had to book a twin single bed room because the queen rooms were already fully booked—so it wasn’t the most convenient.
One downside: the soundproofing could be better. I could hear doors opening and closing from next door, and as a light sleeper, that did bother me a bit. But that depends on the person!
If you’re traveling with a friend or partner, this place would be ideal. For solo trips, maybe check if a queen bed is available before booking!
