Navigating Birmingham Airport can be a mixed experience. It took about 50 minutes to get from the car park to the gate(on a Saturday morning at around 6am), which is fairly reasonable. The airport has enough staff at the security check, ensuring a smooth process once you’re there. However, the journey to the security queue can feel a bit strange and inefficient, as much of the time is spent waiting for the lift to go upstairs. A notable inconvenience is the lift system. It feels a bit unfair when you’re the first to enter the lift but end up being the last to join the security queue once you get out. This quirk can add unnecessary frustration to an otherwise straightforward process. Overall, while Birmingham Airport has some positive aspects, there are areas that could use improvement to enhance the passenger experience.

Just about to leave Birmingham airport with a rainy day and heading to Saudi Arabia .. 25 degrees mostly Sunny .. looking forward to enjoy some time over there during Ramadan and trying new restaurants with Iftar Buffet 🍽️
