Beautiful café jsut downtown of Hanoi, Blackbird Coffee Lan Ong They use speciality beans for their drinks and the baristas are all well trained for the coffee brewing. The patio outside has a beautiful tree and a cover so is perfect for light rain days like today. The place is busy but the patio is quiet, the service is good and they offer free water with the coffee, is good for working from here and get some fresh baked bread, or just enjoy the moment with a good conversation. #vietnamtrip Nice cosy little cafe in Old Quarter that opens early. Most cafes, though, do not have extensive breakfast menus and just a lot of coffee options. I chose the almond croissant, which was fresh and had a lovely moist filling. For the coffee, I opted for the local Nau coffee, which had a dash of milk in it, while my partner chose the den coffee, which was served black. The nau was a bit too bitter for my liking but something different, surely. Surely recommend this spot.
