If you like gardens in Florence, the Boboli Gardens is a must-visit place. The gardens are so well-maintained and spacious, making it a perfect place for a quiet and leisurely walk. 🧺 Picnic? Yes! There is a picnic area on the left as soon as you enter the entrance, so it is a perfect atmosphere for lovers or families to take a sandwich and take a leisurely walk. Address: Boboli Gardens, Florence, Italy Environment/Facilities - There is a large garden there. I entered from the bottom of the mountain. There were mostly stone paths and grass along the way (Figure 1). It took about 15 minutes to get from the bottom of the mountain to the top. The garden can be divided into three paths. It is recommended to take the middle path. From the top of the mountain you can see the entire city of Florence (Figures 2 and 3). Then walk down from the small path and enjoy the scenery of the park along the way. There is a museum and a large number of statues in the park (Figures 4 and 5), which are quite beautiful. In addition, there are many benches or resting places along the way, as well as restaurants and ice cream shops, so you don't have to worry about being tired. The weather was very good when I went there, very suitable for photography, and not many people. The day I went was a Saturday. I suggest going there in the afternoon when the weather is good and setting aside half a day. There are many small shops and restaurants outside the park, and the prices are not expensive. #italytrip Just got back from a city break in Florence, and it was absolutely amazing! This city is an art lover’s dream. We started our visit at the Uffizi Gallery, which costs about €25 to get in. It's totally worth it to see masterpieces by Botticelli and Michelangelo up close 🎨🖼️. Make sure to book tickets in advance to skip the long lines. Afterwards, we headed to the **Duomo**, and climbing to the top of the dome was a highlight. The entrance fee is around €20, and the views over Florence from up there are stunning – you can see the red-tiled roofs stretching out for miles 🏰🌇. Wandering through the streets, every corner seemed to have a gelateria, so of course, we had to sample a few (or more) 🍦. Ponte Vecchio was another favorite spot, especially at sunset. The jewelry shops on the bridge are fascinating, but the real magic is watching the sun set over the Arno River. We also took a stroll through the Boboli Gardens for a small fee of €10, which was a nice break from the bustling city with its beautiful sculptures and fountains. Ambiance/Facilities - near Palazzo Pitti and Historic Center Highlights - it will approximately take 2-3 hours to visit the garden, but you can also stay longer if you like to read a book or do any extra activities Avg.
