[2025 Shanghai Restaurant] Travel Guide for BREAD etc.(Nanjing West Road) (Updated Jun)

📍 Itinerary Overview FIRST DAY Arriving to Pudong Airport ✈️ (10.20am) from Osaka, we took Maglev train to our hotel: Pod Inn 🏨 (布丁严选酒店—上海龙阳路地铁站新国际博览中心店) 🥘 We had lunch at BREAD ETC from Jonah an District, perfect atmosphere and western food Then we went to Jing’an Temple (静安寺) - 50 Rmb per person Then to Yu Garde (豫园) - 30 Rmb Adults / 15 Rmb Senior Then we walk through People Square (人民广) and we arrived to The Bund (外滩) to see The Oriental Pearl and the buildings illuminated. We had dinner at The Captain 船长餐厅酒吧 and took a Didi back to the hotel. SECOND DAY We took the line 16 and we transfer to Line 11 till the last station to arrive at Shanghai Disneyland Resort. Spent all day there, an amazing experience THIRD DAY The hotel reception help us to deliver 1 suitcase to Beijing, then we went to have some Shanghainese breakfast, near the hotel, after finishing we went to Wild Animal Park (line 16) having an amazing experience with Red pandas, in the hotel they help us to storage our luggage because our flight was at 8pm , so we came back for our luggage around 6pm, took MAGLEV back to airport and leave Shanghai 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 🏖️ Must-Visit Attractions: Jing an Temple, Yu Garden and The Oriental Pearl 🚇 Transportation: Maglev & Subway, line 2,16,14 and 11 🏠 Accommodation 1.Pod Inn (Shanghai Longyang Road Metro Station New International Expo Center) #familytrip #shanghai #jingantemple #yuyan_garden #disneyland_shanghai #wildanimalpark #

They have lovely outdoor and indoor areas and all of the bakery products are made in the store with the ovens and bakers visible to the diners the cafe has won numerous awards and specialise in products such as cheese and wine. They also have a convenient system of ordering through an app which makes things a lot quicker

One of my new favourite Shanghai cafes is Bread etc near Jiashan Road (line 9) metro. Bread is a large cafe with a strong menu, they offer hot and cold drinks as well as bakery option and regular meals. I like the unusual vibe you receive in this place but also it’s a great place to do work over the weekend. The bathroom is hidden behind the bookcase and while it’s small, it’s well structured.
