#travellerswonderland The airport is simple to access and the atmosphere is fresh and clean. There are some souvenir shops along the hall, which are appealing to me most. Although it is a small one but it is very well maintained. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful too. The standard of the airport is good as for the relatively low volume of yearly travellers to and from Brunei.

Brunei 🇧🇳 is about 6 hours away from Narita on a direct flight. You can also get there with a layover, but this time I took a direct flight with Royal Brunei Airlines! I was worried about the long flight, but it was so comfortable that I didn't need to worry about that! The seat pitch is wide and it's comfortable to sit on. There is a blanket and a cushion for each person, and these two are very useful. The air conditioning is quite effective, so it's helpful to have a blanket. The cushion is thick but still soft. You can put it on your waist or knees to relax your hands! We had one meal and two snacks during the 6 hours, and arrived at the airport in no time ☺️ Drinks are also circulated frequently, so it's great. The in-flight meals are quite different from those in Japan? They are strongly seasoned, but they were delicious! The desserts are dorayaki and daifuku, which are great for Japanese people. If there are any seats available, the flight attendant will prepare you for sleep, and the service was amazing! I flew from Narita Airport to Brunei International Airport on Royal Brunei Airlines ✈️ It was a compact airport, and there was a mosque next to it, so I was able to feel the culture of an Islamic country as soon as I entered the country 🕌 There is a bus from the airport to the city, but it seems to stop around 5-6pm in the evening, so it's best to ask for a taxi or car! MyFunTimeInHong Kong OMG you guys, I took my first solo trip to Hong Kong last December and it was totally awesome, even though it was freezing! As the little explorer that I am, I had to go see this city I would heard so much about. Like, I was super excited but didn't realize just how cold it would be - brr! The wind was no joke. But thank goodness Hong Kong Disneyland was having all their cute Christmas decor up. It totally got me in the spirit despite the chilly weather. Riding all the classic rides and noshing on tasty snacks really warmed me up inside. On my last day there, I took the cutest little mountain tram up to Inspiration Lake. The views from up high of the glittering city at night were stunning. Sipping hot congee by the duck pond was so relaxing too. Even though the weather didn't cooperate 100%, exploring Hong Kong solo was so meaningful. From incredible attractions to delish food anywhere, it definitely won me over. Located near Bandar Seri Begawan in the Brunei-Muara District, it serves as the home base and hub for Royal Brunei Airlines (RB). This airport started their operational in 1974, and its runway was one of the longest runways in the far east. We are here for 9 hours of transit before our second lag to Narita, Japan. Glad that they are offering the free shower room for everyone. We are not entitled for the airport lounges as we are from the economy class. Perhaps we can try their lounges in future. Since we have a lot of time before our next flight, we are wondering around Brunei’s city and came back to explore the airport while killing the time. There are a lot of shops and restaurants here, so you can shop some souvenirs and grab some foods and drinks. They also provide a huge surau for muslims. The facilities are okay except for the wifi and the airport is not operated 24 hours. #couplestrip #brunei #aiport
