The buffet at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel does not offer too many types of food, but the basic seafood including frozen shrimp 🍤 crayfish 🦞 and crab legs 🦀 is available. The fish sashimi includes salmon tuna 🍣, grilled fried items 🍖🍢 baked oysters and oysters. The noodle stall 🫕, but unfortunately there is no oysters, only baked oysters, and for drinks, you only get one free cup of coffee ☕️ or tea 🥤. Eating buffet on the 103rd floor of ICC, you can overlook the night view from a high altitude, which is quite spectacular. I have always wanted to try a staycation at Rita Carlton, so I decided to try Cafe 103 in this hotel first. When taking the lift to the restaurant, my ears started ringing because the lift was very fast. As soon as you enter the door, you will see glass windows everywhere and the beautiful night view of Hong Kong is right in front of you. Not only that, but the food is also of high quality, from seafood cold dishes, appetizer salads, sashimi, Chinese and Western cooked food, Chinese and Western soups, desserts, the taste, quality, and appearance are all perfect in my opinion.
