This trendy cafe, located in a converted garage, has a rustic, industrial vibe that’s both unique and inviting. I ordered their signature cheesecake, which is torched right in front of you. The caramelized, slightly burnt top was rich and flavorful—an absolute treat! I also tried their sloppy joe, and it was just as amazing, packed with juicy meat and perfectly seasoned. SOUL TREE is definitely a hidden gem where you can enjoy good food in a one-of-a-kind setting. Why I Recommend It: The torched cheesecake is a must-try, with its deliciously caramelized top. It's also used as a location for TV dramas and music videos! I chose from four different menu items, and had the lasagna, which I don't usually have a chance to eat outside! I was impressed by the amount of meat in the meat sauce 🥺 The bread 🍞, which is handmade in the shop, was fluffy and went perfectly with the lasagna and was really delicious 😋 It's good during the day, but apparently it's even better at night. Next time I'd like to go at night ✨️ This was an introduction to a really stylish cafe in Tokyo ☕️

I would like to introduce Cafe Soul Tree, a cafe in Futako Tamagawa, Tokyo. It is located about a 15-minute walk from Futako Tamagawa Station, and is located in a quiet residential area, completely different from the bustling townscape in front of the station. This cafe was originally opened by renovating an ironworks, and although the exterior does not look like a cafe, once you enter the store, you will find a stylish atmosphere. It is a spacious space unique to a former factory site, and there are many seats, including counter seats and terrace seats, making it a very nice place that calms your mind☺️✨ This time I went for tea, but they are open for lunch and in the evening on weekends, and I got the impression that they have a wide selection of dishes and food menus that go well with alcohol. The neighborhood is very quiet, so you will lose track of time because it is so relaxing.
