This 3.6-kilometer urban park stretches from the National Museum of Natural Science down to the art-filled neighborhood near the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. It's basically an open-air gallery where you'll find quirky sculptures, street art, and interactive installations scattered along the way. One of the highlights? The giant "Floating Iron Man" sculpture, which looks like it's defying gravity. There's also the famous "pink dog" .And keep an eye out for playful animal statues and abstract pieces that spark curiosity. Beyond the art, Calligraphy Greenway is also lined with cafés, boutiques, and pop-up markets. You can grab a coffee, browse for handmade crafts, or just sit and people-watch. Today, I ate at a very good restaurant "Danqiu" with my family. It is located in the Qinmei shopping district, about a 5-minute walk from Calligraphy Greenway The meals are mainly Japanese set meals. I read the reviews and they recommend Sukiyaki. I felt the same way after eating it. The set meal comes with soup, rice, and steamed croquettes. It's very rich. A fine portion of Sukiyaki, with plenty of ingredients and good quality wagyu beef After a few swishing, it is as smooth as butter and has a bit of meat flavor. It is very delicious. The soup, rice, croquettes, and steamed buns are all above the standard of ordinary restaurants. The only pity is that there is no service but they charge a service fee It was obvious that we were short of staff, but the water was self-service and there was no introduction to the dishes.
