Turkish food @ Singapore
Cappadocia turkish restaurant is located in the vibrant Kampong Glam district on Bussorah Street. This is a street lined up with turkish and Arabic restaurants. The restaurant is known for its traditional dishes and i thought for a change I would give it a try. The menu was extensive and included a variety of cold and hot appetizers, Turkish pizzas, kebabs, and traditional Turkish dishes.
The restaurant's decor is a nice and friendly atmosphere. Turquoise and obvious. It also has an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining which almost eats up the street. We visited for lunch and ordered the kebab platter for 2, their hummus platter, juice and dessert. The food was good, especially the kebab platter but at almost 62 Singapore dollars for two, the kebab platter was quite pricey. The humus and baklava were decent.
