Cat Cat Village, a village where the Mong people live
In Korean, it is called Cat Cat Village, and in foreign languages, it is called Cat Cat View Point.
This village is a minority village close to Sapa, which can be reached in 20 minutes on foot from Sapa Square.
There are 6 ethnic groups living around Sapa, and among them, the Mong people make up the largest proportion. The place where they live and form a village is Cat Cat Village.
However, this place has become a tourist attraction.
There is an entrance fee. However, it is not that expensive. It is the price of two bowls of rice noodles.
Because they are an ethnic minority who make a living by farming and selling handicrafts,
there were also many shops selling souvenirs.
This village is a bit larger in size. There were more things to see than expected, and there were performances.
It takes about 2 hours to walk around the whole place.
If you want to see the village and life of the Mong people, I recommend going!
