I started doing workouts again. Now I weigh 64.700, of which 700 I consider superfluous. In the evenings I jump rope, saying "I hate fat." Mom says that I am made of bones, hair and a bunch of nerves without insulation. To the question “where is the fat here”, I pull the navel and show - here it is! It means - in my soul! I try to explain to my mom that I need to eat right. I either don’t cook, or I cook easily: two leaves, three slices, and a petal of something there. The smaller the salad, the tastier it is. You know how as a child in the yard the leaves were torn from the trees and “cooked”. Here nothing has changed. But it's an easy way to lose weight! My mom is not like that. She collects all the leaves of the neighborhood, all the slices, mayo, cucumbers, bread, a couple of liters of butter, and half a pig. Such a salad, hitting a person, can break through the scales to the first floor, or maybe go deeper into the bowels of the earth. And not every concrete mixer will be able to crank out this amazing dish. In fact, I really think that you need to lose weight to 56. That would be ideal, as much as 20 kilograms less than it was originally. I remember how happy I was when I threw off the first 3 kilograms and it seemed to me that I was already halfway to the goal. And in fact it was! The main thing in this business is to start. But when I imagine how beautiful and slender I will be sunbathing in @chamberlainweho... mmm... I'll go and eat some more salad.
