| Jiaoling Changtan. Jiaoling is not big, personally, I think the spots to visit are: Changtan, Yixiantian, and the Shizhai Tulou (just personal opinions, no offense). Jiaoling county town is small, with a slow pace, lots of food, and when you come to Jiaoling, you must try Sanjidi and Rouyuan! I can say that Jiaoling's Sanjidi soup is the best I've had so far in the Meizhou area, not too salty and without any fishy taste. I recommend Xinshan Original Fresh Sanjidi, and for Rouyuan, I recommend Anxiuzhen Rouyuan (Xinjie Store)! Let's talk about tourism in Jiaoling: Changtan boat tickets are 50$, departing from Changtan pier, it takes about 10min to reach 'Rare Island' where there's some tropical primitive forest vegetation, mainly to see some fern plants, and then take the boat back, the water is very clean and green.
