Chaoyang Beita Museum is located on Beita Square at the north end of Murong Street. It is a modern Buddhist culture and art museum built on the basis of Chaoyang Beita, a national key cultural relic protection unit. In order to further improve the viewing level, Chaoyang Beita Museum has now been completely renovated and has exhibited many sets of precious historical materials for the first time. The museum's cultural relics are displayed in four parts. The first is the preface hall of the ground exhibition area, the photo exhibition of China's famous towers and Chaoyang Ancient Tower, etc. The second is the underground exhibition area of the Northern Wei Dynasty "Si Yan Buddha Picture" sand table, Beita Five Generations Living Together Cultural Relics Exhibition, Beita Fine Cultural Relics Exhibition and Beita Stone Carving Cultural Relics Exhibition; the third is the "Light of Buddha" special exhibition, which mainly includes the Buddha's relics offerings and the relics exploration special exhibition; the fourth is the Beita exhibition area, which mainly includes the Beita historical painting exhibition, Beita historical relics exhibition, brick carving art exhibition, etc. Looking at the domestic and foreign, although there are only a few hundred cultural relics on display in Beita Museum, each of them is priceless, and is priceless in history, science, and art. Many cultural relics, such as the Qibao Pagoda and Persian glass bottles, are the best in the province, the country, and even the world. In recent years, with the increasing popularity of our city at home and abroad, Beita Museum has become an important window for Chaoyang to open up to the outside world. Through this museum, visitors can understand the profound and long-standing culture and history of Yandu Longcheng. In order to better promote Chaoyang's history and culture, in early 2009, Beita Museum decided to re-exhibit the cultural relics in the museum. After scientific and reasonable planning and classification, Beita Museum has now been completely re-exhibited. After the new exhibition, the Beita Museum's ground exhibition area has added an ancient pagoda encyclopedia exhibition area, multiple sets of multimedia demonstration instruments, projection equipment, etc. Compared with the original Chinese Famous Pagodas and Chaoyang Ancient Pagodas Photo Exhibition, the Ancient Pagoda Encyclopedia Exhibition Area is more detailed and detailed. It lists the representative ancient pagoda pictures from all over the country one by one, and gives key analysis in text, and even has extremely precious photos of the original Lingxiao Pagoda of Fenghuang Mountain Temple. In order to let tourists have a more intuitive understanding of Chaoyang, Beita Museum, under the guidance of experts from the Provincial Institute of Archaeology, has remade the Chaoyang City Sand Table and Sanyan Dragon City Sand Table in the late Qing Dynasty based on historical materials and archaeological discoveries in recent years. Visitors can take a look at the glorious years of the ancient Dragon City. Beita Museum also has a brand new exhibition in the underground exhibition hall. To facilitate tourists' visits, the museum will reclassify and display the exhibited cultural relics according to the time of excavation and mutual relationship. For example, the three treasures of the Liao Dynasty Seven Treasures Pagoda, the Wooden Silver Coffin, and the Golden Relic Pagoda are displayed together; the three national treasures of the Persian glass bottle, the gilded silver pagoda, and the gold and silver sutra pagoda are displayed separately; various jades and brick carvings unearthed from the Beita are classified and displayed, and magnifying glasses and other equipment are set up in front of the fine jades to facilitate tourists to watch carefully; the special exhibition area of the Relic Exploration has also added relevant content to make it more detailed. After the new exhibition, the Beita Museum has a new look and is more attractive.
