✨Hotel Highlights: where else you fill find panda overdose? Pandas are all over the place and it makes it cute! ♨️Amenities: in-room bathroom with smart toilet, breakfast, no English speaking staff 🛁Room Environment:you will find tea pot with 2 types of tea and some snacks. Water bottles are refillable every day. 🍽️Breakfast: quite some European options available as well as Chinese so everybody will find something to grab before leaving to explore the city 🛎️Hotel Service: poor service because of no English. They couldn’t call for a taxi for us as we were leaving early in the morning and couldn’t order a taxi online to pay by cash. Staff was unwilling to help at all. Also we had room upgrade from Trip and they didn’t provide it and just ignored us about it. 💗Guest Experience: it is close to metro station and 15 min from metro station next to panda research base so I would say a good location to go there in the morning. This hotel is perfect in every way. I liked the location, price, room condition, hygiene, and breakfast. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean.
