I recently visited Gyeongju with a foreign friend! Gyeongju is filled with various historical sites, making it an excellent destination to explore with foreign friends 😍 My friend absolutely loved it, and I’d like to share the travel itinerary we followed during our trip! ❤️ 📆Itinerary📆 Depart from Busan - Arrive in Gyeongju - Enjoy marinated ribs - Visit Cheonmachong Tomb - Stroll around Daereungwon Tomb Complex - Chat at a café - Explore Bomun Tourist Complex - See Dabotap Pagoda - Tour Bulguksa Temple - Walk around Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond - Have dinner with braised short ribs & seaweed rice rolls - Visit Woljeonggyo Bridge - Return to Busan My friend said they really enjoyed seeing the diverse historical sites in Gyeongju! I highly recommend visiting Gyeongju with a foreign friend! 😍❤️

❶🛏️ Stay: Gyeongju Leaf Moon Day 📍 Location: 976-2 Poseok-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 💰 Price: 10,000–20,000 KRW per night A beautiful Hanok stay with a simple breakfast included. The owner is very kind and welcoming! ❷🍚 Yeongyang Charcoal Grilled Galbi 📍 Location: 79 Bonghwang-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 💰 Price: 10,000 JPY for two people A must-visit charcoal-grilled BBQ restaurant in Gyeongju! We waited for about two hours, but it was worth it. Delicious! ❸🍜 Hamyangjip 📍 Location: 10-1 Bukgun 1-gil, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 💰 Price: 1,500–1,700 JPY Famous for Mulhoe, this is a popular lunch spot in Gyeongju! During lunch hours, the wait can be as long as two hours (reservation system available). ❹☕️ No Words 📍 Location: 2nd Floor, 744 Taejong-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 🕰️ Hours: 11:00–18:30 💰 Price: 1,000 JPY per person Always bustling with customers. The flat white coffee was delicious! ❺☕️ Tak! 📍 Location: 37 Bonghwang-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 🕰️ Hours: 9:00–17:00 💰 Price: 1,500 JPY per person Both the bread 🥐 and coffee were delightful! The interior is charming and highly recommended. ❻🩷 Autumn Pink Muhly 📍 Location: Inwang-dong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 🕰️ Hours: Open 24 hours 💰 Free Around Cheomseongdae, the area turns pink with Pink Muhly grass during autumn (September–October). It’s stunning 😍. The Baekje-era tombs are also beautiful and offer a great opportunity to learn about history. ❼ Bar Prep 📍 Location: 1st Floor, 97 Wonhyo-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do 🕰️ Hours: 16:00–24:00 💰 Price: 3,000 KRW per person and up The staff provides excellent service, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to enjoy delicious drinks. Highly recommended!

Blossoming of poppy flower field which is so spectacular. Spring in Gyeongju is renowned for its breathtaking cherry blossoms, which transform the city into a vibrant tapestry of pink and white. The city hosts an annual Cherry Blossom Festival in April, coinciding with the peak bloom, attracting numerous tourists. #IndoorDate 🏡GyeongjuShimJooKyuHwakCafe Hwangridanjeom 2nd floor, 51, Poseok-ro 1050beongil, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do I visited Shim, a footbath cafe that's great for relieving fatigue while traveling in Gyeongju! After looking around Hwangridan-gil and walking hard to Cheomseongdae, I found a footbath cafe when my feet were so sore! It's not that long since it opened, so it's clean and has a nice view, and I went to a footbath while healing!
