Just outside the Chinatown complex, is a street of the bazaar waiting for you to explore. On the weekends, the place would be more crowded with people, be it the locals or tourists. It is definitely a must go place in Singapore.

#citywalk My husband and I took a city walk around the Chinatown area. Once we came out of the Chinatown train station, we walked towards the lucky plaza entrance. We walked past several famous bak kwa stalls, such as the lim chee guan, fragrance, and the bee cheng hiang. There were few hot pot restaurant operating in this hours. Most importantly, we saw the happiness from the auntie singing on the street with her group of friends. It was very entertaining, and many people began to crows around her and took images and videos of her singing. It was an enjoyment for everyone. She sang it well and she acted well for the song.

The place can be very crowded during lunch time hours. You can also grab a light bite there. Try out the fragrance nanyang coffee as well as buying some curry puff or you tiao to eat as your light snacks.

I hope to be able to know new friends there who will be able to bring me tour around the area just like a local there. Here at the level one of the complex you would be able to find many kinds of banners that you can put at your house during the festive season for luck and prosperity . During the weekends, you can see that many locals and tourists are dining under one roof. Long queues can be seen circulating the eatery house. If you have no idea what to eat, you may want to try out those foods which have lots of people lining up. This may indicate that the food is yummy. Visiting this eatery with your friends so that everyone can have a share of each dish. If you are driving, the carpark is located at the 3rd and 4th level.

Chinatown Complex is one of the iconic hawker centre in Singapore. one of our favourite is the Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao. which is located right opposite the Liao Fan Soya Sauce Chicken. the mini dumplings , 10pcs only cost $7. they are in the michilin guide as well. Dont get cheated as there's another similar xiaolongbao shop nearby. Must get it from this authentic shop. besides, the Ah Balling peanut is also one of the must try.
