[2025 Sancheong-gun Attraction] Travel Guide for Chiri-san (Updated Jun)

#summervacay Okay, so I didn’t plan to fall in love with a mountain road stop, but Jirisan Odojae in Hamyang totally surprised me. First off, the views? Insane. It’s one of those places where you just wanna sit, sip something warm, and pretend you're in a K-drama. There’s a cozy little rest area with snacks, local goods, and super clean bathrooms (yes, I notice these things). I grabbed a hot drink and wandered around the nearby trails, nothing too intense, just enough to feel like I earned that snack after. Plus, the fresh air? Chef’s kiss. It’s not super touristy either, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. Kinda peaceful, kinda magical. If you’re driving through Hamyang or near Jirisan, make this your stretch-your-legs stop. Trust me, it’s way better than a gas station. Would 100% come back with a picnic basket and a book next time.

#NovemberTravelSupportEvent This is a grandmother's guesthouse that I visited while traveling to Jirisan. I was playing around here and was about to go to bed at night when I felt hungry. So I wondered if there was anything to eat, but the grandmother said she had ramen and just made it for me. We shared the pineapple that we bought. Haha It was really delicious.

From barbecue to Finnish outdoor sauna, and the fresh air view of the Jirisan forest! A 10000% satisfying accommodation with a nature-friendly emotional accommodation! I stayed one night at Beautiful Sangol Pension, a pension located in Hadong, Gyeongsangnam-do~😊 Beautiful Sangol is located inside Jirisan, so I highly recommend it to those who want to rest quietly in nature! We booked a Sarangbang! The Sarangbang price range was around 100,000 won based on my visit in May~ We booked the barbecue in advance and paid when we checked in! The barbecue is prepared with a Korean table + Jirisan black pork :) Since the pension is located inside Jirisan, it takes time to go to the mart, so if you need more ingredients, it would be good to buy them in advance!! An outdoor sauna located next to the stream in the front yard! It's a Finnish sauna made of logs :) After eating BBQ, we went to the sauna according to the sauna time, usually the sauna time is divided into 4 times~ We made a reservation for 8 o'clock, which was generous :) A traditional Finnish sauna while listening to the sound of the valley of Jirisan!
