About a 5-minute walk from Busan Station on Subway Line 1. This specialty shop serves Busan's specialty milmyeon, and is a popular restaurant for tourists and locals alike.
▼Milmyeon 6,500w
Cold noodles made with wheat flour. Topped with shredded boiled pork, cucumber, boiled egg, and pickled radish. The noodles are soft, refreshing, and crisp. Scissors are provided so you can cut them to your desired eating size.
The light soup is refreshing. It is topped with a generous amount of "tadaegi," a seasoning made from crushed chili peppers, but even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it.
It also comes with "yuksu," a dish to warm up your body after eating a chilled milmyeon. It has a gentle, refined taste similar to consommé soup.
There are many famous restaurants in Busan where you can eat milmyeon. This restaurant is close to Busan Station, and apparently there is a line at lunchtime, so it was full in no time while we were eating inside. I recommend visiting a little after lunchtime.
