Traveling around the Chita Peninsula: Chita Museum of History and Ethnology
If you go to Chita Peninsula, you should definitely visit the History and Ethnology Museum, where you can experience history for free!
This museum collects, stores, exhibits, and conducts research on local folklore, history, archaeology, art, and more, with the basic theme of "Learning about the history and culture of Chita, nurtured by the sea and greenery," in order to promote the academic and cultural development of the citizens.
As you look around the exhibits, you will be overwhelmed by the number of exhibits.
The most impressive exhibit was a life-size ship, and I was amazed at how they managed to fit such a large ship into the museum.
On the second floor of the ship exhibit, there is an exhibit on fishing, and the fishing industry on the Chita Peninsula is depicted with cute miniature dolls, and I was so impressed by the detail that I couldn't help but stare at them.
When you learn about the history of the land, it's fun to see the things you only saw as dots when traveling start to connect into lines!
