Blizzard is here! Toyama is so beautiful in the snow!
Last day of the Hokuriku trip
Rushed to Toyama from Okuhida Onsen in the afternoon
The snow got heavier and heavier, and I couldn't see the road ahead
But surprisingly
Everything looks so beautiful in the snow
Toyama is a small city perfect for wandering
Visited two art museums in a row
▫️Toyama Glass Art Museum
The building itself is beautifully designed
My baby loved the wooden roller coaster on the first floor and played it many times
My son kept talking to me about the glass exhibits of various shapes
He told me what this one looks like and what that one looks like. Children's imagination is so rich and cute☺️
▫️Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art and Design
The museum has an authentic Picasso painting
Arrived just in time for the blue hour on a snowy day
The view of the snow-covered Kansui Park from the third floor is stunning
There are many children's facilities on the rooftop terrace, and you can see the snow-capped mountains. Unfortunately, it was closed in winter
I plan to come back in summer, it must be very pleasant
Still went to
▫️Ameharu Coast
I expected not to see the distant Tateyama Mountain Range
The seaside cafe offers the best view
You can take a break while waiting for the train
So I also gained some fresh and romantic memories
Also had two local specialties
▫️Ramen Isshin, Toyama's specialty black soy sauce ramen, is a local shop that has been open for at least 20 years. The shop says the ingredients are completely additive-free. Very special and worth a try
▫️Sakanaya Toyama Bay Shokudo, right in the mall next to Toyama Station. I didn't have time to go to the Himi Fish Market, but I could also eat the freshest sashimi from Toyama Bay here
🔚End of a happy day
Regret not seeing the snow-capped mountains this time
But I have a reason to come back next time
See you next time, Toyama~
